First Dive Experience: Discover the Depths of Formentera

Immerse yourself in an underwater universe and discover the lesser-known side of the island. For a few hours, you’ll encounter hundreds of marine species and uncover the Balearic Islands’ most precious treasure: Posidonia.
The adventure begins at La Savina, where instructors will provide the necessary equipment and explain how to use it. They’ll also teach you basic concepts like underwater communication and breathing. From there, you’ll board a boat heading to “El Arco” in the Es Freus Marine Reserve, located on Formentera’s west coast. This spot, with its stunning landscapes, vibrant colors, and calm seabeds, is perfect for a first dive. The underwater activity lasts approximately 30–40 minutes.
What makes this experience special is the flexible schedule, the adaptation to each client’s needs, and personalized attention with one instructor for every two participants. Additionally, instructors will capture photos during the dive, which you can purchase at an additional cost.
